Up-and-Coming E-Brands That Are Inspiring Everyone in 2019.

Rocketing Media

Jan 10, 2019

It's a new year, and with a new year come new things: new lifestyle changes, new diets, new adventures, trying new things, new habits, etcetera. For business leaders and entrepreneurs, a new year is also a great opportunity for new ventures, whether that be growing a company in new ways, or starting an entirely new one. For the latter, seeing as the fashion industry is valued at over $3 trillion globally, it's often a great (and common) place to start.

Although brick-and-mortar stores are still a huge part of the fashion industry, as the internet and technology continue to increase and grow, the online fashion space becomes increasingly powerful. In 2018, online "fast fashion" brands like FashionNova, PrettyLittleThing, Halifornia, and more took the internet by storm, in ways such as even becoming the most searched fashion brand on Google.  Many of these online fashion brands take off from using social media and influencer marketing (i.e. FashionNova's Instagram success & Cardi B blow-up). The quick success shown by these "viral brands" has created a space for entrepreneurs to easily start, scale, and market new online fashion brands on social media. With the user-friendly ease of ecommerce systems like Shopify and the instantaneous accessibility of Instagram's biggest influencers, a smart marketer can take their brand from 0 to 100, and very quickly.

At Rocketing, we find it important to watch trends like these, and even help you become a part of them. These two young brands are on our list of "social media brands to watch" for 2019:

1. Thrive Island.

Thrive Island was founded in June of 2018, and in a few short months, has quickly gained the attention of thousands of women around the world. With over 5,000 customers in over 20 countries around the planet, paired with a quickly growing following of over 92,000, they are well on their way to becoming one of Instagram's top fast-fashion brands, and are definitely the top on our list of this year's brands to watch.

2. Dvine Apparel.

Dvine Apparel, originally founded in August 2018, is on this list not only because of their fast rise to popularity, but also because of their adaptability and alertness to trends. Dvine started out as a women's fashion company, similar to the clothing you would find on Thrive Island, but found another niche that worked better- premium casual wear for both men and women- and have since completely (and successfully) rebranded themselves. They have now risen to a large 105k following on Instagram and have customers all over the world who love to rep their sleek designs on t-shirts, hoodies, caps, crop tops, and everything in between.

On top of these two brands, there are so many others out there being run by driven, smart, innovative young entrepreneurs and hustlers or established businesswomen and men alike. What do they all have in common? Great marketing. A great business + great marketing = a win.

At Rocketing, we believe that your company is a great company, and that with our incredible team backed by tons of marketing and industry experience, you can win.
